By accessing or using Norena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of Service
Norena is a software tool for building and running automated trading strategies. It is not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, or investment service. All trading decisions, strategy configurations, and risk management are your sole responsibility.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: the logic of any strategy you build and run; your API key security and exchange account management; understanding the risks of automated trading; and complying with all applicable laws and exchange terms.
4. No Financial Advice
Nothing on Norena constitutes financial advice. We do not provide trading signals, strategy recommendations, or investment guidance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Norena is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, execution failures, or any damages arising from use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.
6. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
